Frisidea works at the earliest stage of company creation, often before there is a product, a market position, or a company at all.
The work runs in two directions: theses the studio originates itself, and ventures led by entrepreneurs it chooses to build alongside. Neither is a programme, and both are selective.
Once conviction develops, the studio commits what it actually holds: operating experience, technology, network, and capital.

Originate
Some ventures begin inside Frisidea, usually from an observation that a market, a technology or a customer behaviour has started to move. What that produces first is a thesis specific enough to be wrong.
Incubate
The argument is tested, the product shaped, and the foundations built around ideas that keep earning conviction. Most stop before this point, which is the intended outcome rather than a disappointment.
Back
Early-stage capital is committed selectively, alongside strategic, product and operating support. The people who built the thing stay with it afterwards.
Some ideas are better built quietly.
Frisidea has incubated ventures that are operating today. Some began within the studio. Others developed through collaboration.
